Parties and celebrations are always better when you bring them to Drake's Pizza Palace! Our Party Specialists are more than happy to work with you to make your party a special event for you and your guests.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many adults must be present at the party, and do they count as guests?
A: Drake's Pizza Palace requires at least one adult per three party guests. Adults are not charged to participate in the fun.

Q: Can I order food for my adult guests from the regular menu?
A: 
Yes. Food may be ordered from the regular menu and added to the party balance, or purchased on a separate guest check.

Q: Can I start my party before my reserved time?
A: You and your guests are always welcome to come in before your reserved time to get ready for the party; however, your party will still begin at the reserved time.

Q: How long is my party reservation, and can it be extended?
A: Reservations are for 90 minutes unless extended by management. If you need some more time, we'll help you move the party to regular tables in the dining area.

Q: When should I send out invitations?
A: We recommend sending out invitations 1-2 weeks in advance, so you know how much your party will cost, and so we can be ready for all your guests that are attending.

Q: What is the best way to invite friends to the party?
A: We have invitation PDFs you can print and mail, or you can use Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, or other social networks to send invitations. 

Q: Will a deposit apply to my party, and if so, how much will it be?
A: A deposit applies to all parties booked at Drake's Pizza Palace. Currently, the amount of your deposit is our minimum guest count (three guests plus the birthday guest).

Q: What normally happens to my reservation deposit? Do I lose it, does it get refunded, or does it apply to my party?
A: Your deposit will be applied to the balance due for the party if all your guests arrive and the party begins on-time.

Q: When can I cancel or reschedule my party? Will I lose my deposit if I reschedule or cancel?
A: You can cancel or reschedule a party up to three days before the reserved date and your deposit will still apply to the balance due for the party.

Q: How do I reschedule a party reservation?
A: Rescheduling your party is easy - simply call your local Drake's Pizza Palace and speak with the Party Specialist.

Q: Do you provide party decorations?
A: Yes. We provide a standard set of party decorations featuring Drake Dragonwick.

Q: Can I bring in my own decorations? What decorations are not allowed?
A: Decorations of your own are welcome; however, for safety reasons we cannot allow piñatas, pin the tail on the donkey with sharp pins, or party poppers.

Q: What do I need to do if a guest has allergies or food considerations?
A: Please notify us at least three days before the reserved date if any of your guests have allergies or special food considerations.

Q: What happens If more guests arrive for my party than are booked?
A: If more guests arrive, we will do our best to serve them; however, an additional charge may apply for overage beyond 10%, alongside standard per-person charges.

Q: Why are weekday parties less expensive than weekend parties?
A: Weekends are the busiest times at Drake's Pizza Palace, and extra staff members may be needed to host parties; therefore, we charge extra for weekend parties to offset costs.
