Drake's Pizza Palace is a family entertainment center concept that is new, fresh, and most of all, fun!

Our founders did market research and determined that most family entertainment center concepts operating today have many flaws. They rely on brand equity to attract customers while offering minimal entertainment value and a less exciting experience.

Drake's Pizza Palace builds on some of the historically sound principles of successful family entertainment centers, while adding many refreshing ideas and improvements:

  • Our food is prepared from scratch, using only fresh ingredients. Each Drake's Pizza Palace location has a full kitchen with the latest in food preparation equipment.
  • Prizes that we offer in our Prize Shoppe are made in America from quality materials, and are regularly tested to ensure they meet or exceed safety standards.
  • Our animated character show, The Sheltonaires featuring Drake Dragonwick, uses the latest in animatronic character technology to deliver a more lively and interactive experience than previous generations of animated character shows.

Our founders believe these improvements will result in increased guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

The "Royal Treatment"

At Drake's Pizza Palace, we believe that every guest entering our locations should be given The Royal Treatment, our guidelines for excellent guest service:

  • No waiting. (Guests come first. Put other tasks aside to handle your guests.)
  • Smile and greeting. (When you are near your guests, look directly at them, smile and greet them.)
  • No problem. (Accept a problem as your own. Work on it until it is resolved or someone else takes it over.)
  • Take the call. (Answer the phone promptly; never keep guests on hold more than 60 seconds.)
  • Keep it clean. (Any time you see litter, put it in the nearest trash can.)
  • Come back soon. (Encourage guests to return soon and make them feel important.)
  • Play to win. (Guests expect some service. Give them more than they expect and build loyalty.)
